The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical work, order entry, answering phones and emails daily and experience with computers.
Kennel Connection Software is the software that is used.
Basic understanding and ability to quickly learn softwares.
Experience in a office and direct interaction with customers and dogs on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
- Greet, check-in and interact with dogs.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
Answer all incoming emails and maintain scheduling of reservations and other needs.
Enter customer information into the computer system- File and organize pet charts- File other documents as needed- Perform other clerical duties as assigned Skills:
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.
)- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- High school dipoma or equivalent- Previous experience in an office setting is required Job Types:
